Set in London’s leafy Hampstead, Hyde Park and Snowdonia, Jessica is a romantic drama about middle-aged Harry and his friends.
Despite their different backgrounds, they are all well-off, respectable… and unfulfilled. But then a mysterious young woman comes onto the scene, and nothing will be the same again.
Jessica has strong female characters and handles issues such as sex work, diverse sexuality, race and religion with sensitivity and ease. At the same time, its focus on the narrative of relationships will be relatable to a broad readership of younger and older readers.
